Refund & Return Policy

At all times the utmost care is taken to ensure your items are shipped to you in the best possible way using Australia Post.
All items are carefully checked and quality controlled before arrival to you but If your items arrive damaged or faulty in any way please contact me via email.

Change of mind policy last for 30 days, if over 30 days unfortunately a refund or exchange cannot be offered to ensure this doesn't happen, please return unused and in same condition that you received it.

Once your item has been received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify that item has been returned and will also be sent email to notify you of a refund exchange or store credit if applicable.

Store credit is valid for 12 months.
Return postage is at buyer's responsibility if you may have any problems anytime please email me (Deb) at houseofboho@hotmail.com and I'll be more then happy to help in any way.
